Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-29
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Widd employee benefits platform, including the Widd mobile app, the Widd employer dashboard, and any related services (together, the “Service”), operated by Widd (“Widd”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By subscribing to the Service, activating a seat, or using the Widd app, the subscribing company (“Customer”), its authorized users, its employees (“Employees”), and any partner merchant (“Partner”) agree to these Terms.
1. Subscription scope
Widd is offered to Saudi companies as an annual, per-company subscription. Each subscription includes a defined number of seats corresponding to the Customer’s active workforce, access to the Widd app for those Employees, access to the employer dashboard for the Customer’s administrators, monthly value reports, and access to the current network of Partner offers and rewards.
The tier, seat count, and annual fee are set out in the ordering document or in-app checkout screen that the Customer accepts. Fees are payable annually in advance in Saudi Riyals and are exclusive of Value Added Tax, which is added at the applicable Saudi rate.
Widd may update the Partner network, offer categories, and non-material features during the term. Widd will not remove a materially important feature from the Customer’s tier during a paid term without offering an equivalent replacement or a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.
2. Customer obligations
The Customer is responsible for identifying its Employees eligible for seats, keeping the roster current, and promptly deactivating seats for Employees who leave the company.
The Customer must not resell the Service, must not grant access to individuals who are not its bona fide Employees or contractors, and must not attempt to circumvent the seat count.
The Customer is responsible for the acts and omissions of the administrators to whom it grants dashboard access, and for the confidentiality of their credentials.
3. Employee use of the Service
Employees may use the Widd app only for their own personal benefit, only while employed by an active-subscription Customer, and in accordance with the offer terms set by the applicable Partner.
Employees must not share redemption codes, must not use the Service for commercial resale, and must not misrepresent their employment status to obtain a benefit.
Widd may suspend a specific Employee account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, with notice to the Customer.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not: (i) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (ii) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code except to the extent permitted by law; (iii) use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (iv) use automated means to scrape offers, prices, or Partner data.
5. Partner merchant terms
Partner merchants list offers on the Widd network under a separate merchant agreement. Widd operates as an intermediary between the Partner and the Employee: the underlying good or service is supplied by the Partner, and the Partner is solely responsible for its quality, delivery, refunds, and any statutory obligations owed to the Employee as a consumer.
Widd is not a party to any purchase or redemption between an Employee and a Partner. Widd’s role is limited to providing the platform, the offer listing, and, where applicable, the redemption mechanism and reporting.
6. Payments and renewal
Annual fees are invoiced upon signing and on each renewal date. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive one-year terms unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the current term expires.
Late payment interest may be applied at the rate permitted by Saudi law. Widd may suspend access to the dashboard, and to Employee accounts, for invoices unpaid more than 30 days past the due date, after written notice.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data of Customers and Employees is governed by the Widd Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Customer confirms that it has a lawful basis to provide Employee roster data to Widd for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, and that it has informed its Employees accordingly.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other party’s non-public business information disclosed under this agreement with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and will use it only for the purposes of the Service. This clause does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law or a competent authority.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
Widd will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care and will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is”, without further warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by Saudi law.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data.
Widd’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is capped at the fees actually paid by the Customer to Widd in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law, including liability for willful misconduct.
11. Term and termination
These Terms begin on the effective date of the Customer’s subscription and continue for the paid term. Either party may terminate for material breach if the breach is not cured within 30 days of written notice.
On termination or non-renewal, Employee access to the app ends at the close of the paid term. The Customer may export its aggregate reports before that date. Widd will handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy after termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent Saudi courts in the city of Riyadh, unless the parties agree in writing to another forum or to arbitration under a recognized Saudi arbitration center.
13. Contact
Contract and commercial questions: hello@widd.sa. Legal notices: legal@widd.sa. Postal address will be added once the commercial registration is finalized.
